Our diagnostic service allows us to figure out what the root problem you're having is. We follow that up with a work order proposal to solve your issue, all at a convenient flat-rate of $65! All you need to do is bring the device(s) into our office (home pickup is available for an additional fee based on travel time). Not interested in the fix after the diagnostic? No problem, you're only on the hook for the diagnostic - no hidden fees!

Absolutely! If you’re unable to visit us at the shop, or you’d simply rather us come to you, we can do that. Service calls outside of a project or maintenance/service agreement are subject to a travel charge.
Of course! We offer a great onboarding package that has us setting up your workstation at your home or office, as well as setting up programs and services on your new workstation, and time for questions and answers – all in a low-stress environment with a friendly technician!
We accept cash, check, and bank transfers with no processing fee. Credit cards can be charged with an additional processing fee added to the grand total of the invoice.
